Terms of service

Minaya ingests content you supply, generates embeddings from it, and serves an embeddable chat widget that answers your visitors from that content. We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, generate embeddings, and send relevant excerpts to an AI provider to produce an answer.

You confirm you have the right to use the content you add, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not use Minaya to publish unlawful content, impersonate someone else, harass people, or attempt to extract other customers' data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Minaya answers from the content you provide, and stays within the topics you configure. Even so, generated text can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what your widget tells your visitors — review it, set a fallback message, and do not use it as the sole source for advice that carries legal, medical, or financial consequence.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. When you supply your own OpenAI key, that usage is billed to you by OpenAI directly — we add no markup and never see that invoice.

You can close your account whenever you like. We may end the agreement if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
